Hi there I was wondering which one would be best for a 97 civic 80% or 100% I don't wanna do a retro fit or hid kit so something that's better than oem and happen to find the Phillips brand and heard so much about them but everyone did a review on the 80% but now I can't find any 80% brand should I just get the 100% or try to find the 80% thnx for your guys inputs

 

i don't recall a 100% one, but i do know there is a +80% vision now. If i were you, i would buy a pair of sylvania silverstars knowing how they are always on sale at any auto store. i like the color output of them too, a friend of mine has it instead of HID's

 

I've had sylvania silverstars they're not really bright... plus i don't like there bluish tint on them.
