It pains me to do this. Engine and trans just took a crap on my daily vehicle (yes, both at the same time) and I am left with nothing but leisure vehicles. I've stored this vehicle around for the last five years and it's just to much of a luxury for me at this time. This is your opportunity to purchase an authentic rhd eg6 in the rarest color combination (canary ylw/ylw tweed) and turn it into a Spoon Mobile!

I had my importer track this car down from Japan because I got tired of waiting around for one to come into the states, if one ever did, the condition was never right and/or was missing parts. This car was actually purchased from a private party seller which happened to be the original owner.

Exterior: The car was refreshed in Japan and the body has no dents, the panels line up perfectly. The paint has no fade and is vibrant yellow. The window moldings are in excellent condition and all bronze glass is intact.

Interior: my main concern when looking for this EG was the interior, once it is damaged or faded, it's pretty much irreplaceable. the first thing I noticed on this car was the immaculate interior, it is honestly in 9.5/10 condition. No tears, no fade, no saggy bolsters, not even on the driver side! In fact, I believe the original owner used an aftermarket seat for the driver side because the driver seat could pass for being brand spanking new. the panels have no scratches and the interior was never removed.

Motor: I purchased the car with no motor/trans as I had plans of building a built 2.0L B for it. I did however want to drive it in the mean time so I installed a low-mileage D15. The motor comes complete with power steering and a/c (both need to be installed but comes with)
-engine does have an inconsistent idle, possibly a sensor that is unplugged, haven't looked into it much.

Suspension: Skunk2 coilovers and tokico Hp struts
Stock SIR sway bars and front strut bar.

Registration: This is an option for the buyer but details will only be disclosed to serious buyers.


***The following are brand new OEM Honda parts included with, but not installed (still on Honda boxes):
-front windshield moldings (3 pieces)
-door sill plates
-door window moldings
-roof liners
-door moldings
-fender liners


***Car comes with all oem JDM EG6 factory parts. Mugen wheels, Spoon muffler and Spoon wing are NOT included. Will come with factory 1 piece SIR wing, and factory steel wheels.[/u]

I'll say it again, You will not find another yellow eg6 in this condition and I dare anyone to prove there is a cleaner ylw interior in the states. I am certain this vehicle will double in value over the next couple decades. This is not a vehicle you can just go out and purchase, took me years to find it.

I will consider these but only looking for clean, stock, reliable cars plus cash or of equal value. Last thing I need is another project that I can't park on the street.

I know you're just looking out for the community and I can respect/admire that. My deal with that buyer went sour and he was upset to loose a deposit and I was not going to refund a non-refundable deposit, when I lost out on other potential buyers. These are chances that are taken when one purchases a car sight unseen. I explained the car to the best of my ability but everyone's opinion is different, some people have o.c.d.

The car is clean as described by the importer himself (in the previous thread) but by no means am I trying to pass it for perfect. I have been a member here for nine years and have an excellent selling reputation aside from this one guy's opinion, that has to stand for something.

Either way, I have a few buyers for 10k and if that doesn't work then I'll keep it. Mods please lock this thread as I have no more need to advertise it.
