Default 91 civic issue

I have a 91 civic hb with ls swap and b16 trans. Im having a transmission issue i cant figure out. It has been going on for a couple days. At first i had some trouble getting into gears, it would stay in gear fine, but just took me a couple times to get into the gear. Well now it wont go into any gears while the car is on, when the car is off it will go into any gear. If i try to start the car in a gear it stalls and dies. If i start it in netural, then try to put it in gear, i cant, no gear will go in. As i try to force it into gear its starts to slowly move forward then eventually stalls. Any info would be great as im a noob to this.

Adjust your clutch cable, if that doesn't work you might need a clutch.

Make sure your cable is still there and the mount hasnt broke or you cable hasnt popped off. If its all good and you can see the throw out arm move then its either a throw out bearing or a pressure plate which means new clutch.

Sometimes the clips can brake and the cable can fall out, you will need someone to push in the clutch while watch to see if things are working. Tried to keep it as simple as possible for you
