Default Snowman's forever and a day build.

Hello honda tech. Ive been hanging around this board for many years now. Never Really posted anything, jus t been watching and learning and i think its time for me to finally stop my silence and share some of my current never ending project. Il skip the life story and try and get to the point. Ive been building this car for a few years now and im quite happy with what i have accomplished so far. Im a single father so this thread will probably move slowly, but im looking forward to hearing what people have to say. The car is kind of just throw together at the moment as im in between places and just now really getting back into the build. This is really being built as a DD that i can track as often as I can. Im nowere near done, so here we go.

ES tuning oval muffler
QSD H2B kit
94 Gsr Transmission w/ factory LSD
ACT heavy duty pressure plate
ACT 6 puck sprung clutch
S300

AMR Coilovers
ST front sway bar
no rear bar
Skunk 2 rear camber kit
Ignalls front camber kit
Konig MegaRace wheels
Falken Ziex 502 tires

well, i managed to get the motor started last night. I didnt get to run it long. Open header in a 10x20 space at 2:00 in the morning isnt a nice sound to the sleeping community. soon il get over to it and start working out the kinks and get it on the ground and rolling.

tonight i was able to spare a few minutes to get the exhuast piping marked up so i can take it to work tomorrow and hopefully get these flanges welded in place. im shooting to have the exhaust all welded, bolted up, and ready to go by the end of the weekend.

Thank you. It is actually a H22a pulley shaved down and rebalanced. And closing the hood is the main reason i went with the EK shell.

Looks good. I had mine shaved down and it doesn't look nearly *** nice. Maybe because it started out looking shitty to begin with lol

HAHA. I actually bought a new one from honda and then sent it out, becuase the original one looked horrible. It was chipped and some how the belt grooves were worn.

When you bleed the coolant system. Jack the front passenger side as far as you can go to get the bubbles out. I had to do this with mine as it was getting hot as well.

the thermostat didnt seem to open. ive had the car running before and have put 250miles on the car. then it has sat for a few months until the point we are at now. so i guess its just strange that it was fine before but now is acting up. I will try to rebleed the system and see how that goes.
