Loose steering column?

Loose steering column?
My steering column is loose and driving me crazy. It's been this way for the few years I've had this car and I'm just now fed up enough to screw with it.
As you can see from the video I DO have the c-bracket installed and it is secured down tight. The problem is, even with this bracket secured down tight it is not tight enough on the steering column shaft itself. Is there some part I'm missing? It seems like there should be a bushing or something that would go in between the bracket and the column to keep the column from moving around like mine does?
