94 integra LS Auto to Manual. need help please
So the previous owner of my integra did a preaty crappy auto to manual swap.... The lower trans bracket/mount is only connected by one bolt (1/3) as well as the firewall mount is connected by only 1 bolt but should be 2 i believe... Could anybody help me out with what mounts i need for my motor to sit right?(since im a complete newb to hondas) It seems like the motor is only hanging on trans mount and driver side mounts....
any help will be greatly appreciated

the front transmission mount bracket with 3 bolts on it does pretty much absolutely nothing... its a torque mount for when the engine twists foward but in terms of holding the engine up it doesnt do that.. the mounts that hold your engine up are the driver side engine mount and the transmission mount... the rear mount does most of its job in motion... it doesnt really hold the engine up just holds it straight especially when u floor it.
the mount where the air conditioner goes is also a torque mount but unlike the transmission torque mount this one is very important... this mount really stops vibration.. if its bad your engine and car will vibrate a lot at idle and ull probably hear the engine move when you press the gas.

you dont need anyone else. Ive done this like 30 times. The trans mount for the auto and manual is different so its unlikely you have the wrong one in place... to get your rear mount on right i recomend an elbow joint and a few long extentions and u should be able to get it from above the engine bay...
I believe there is one on each side and one in the back 3 in total for that rear mount. the T bracket that attaches to it will have 3 bolts on it as well... two 19mm bolts in the bottom by the o2 sensor and axle and then another bolt that is 17mm by the starter and thermostat.
Trying to get those bolts on that rear mount is going to be hard cause it shoulda been done before the engine was placed in or bolted to that T bracket...
But with an elbow joint and long extensions i guarantee u can do it pretty easily.
WHen u lay under the engine like for an oil change grab the block and move it foward and back and see how much it moves... shouldnt move much at all if the mounts are doing their job... but if it does move then ur rear mount or front torque mount is no longer good and should be replaced.
