so i have 99 civic headlights with S2k projectors... when wiring up the headlights i get no power. but when i take off the cover to the relay and touch the plate to the other plate i get power.... everything is grounded and the pre wirring for the kit was done by a honda tech member...im thinking something to do with the harness for the car its self... any ideas??? also i made sure it wasnt a bad relay and replaced it and that didnt work also

wow theres too many fuse holders.. have you checked the fuses?? everything grounded well?

 

yeah checked every fuse and everything is correctly grounded

 

can you take a pic of the input connector

 

im sorry but what would that be exactly

 

the connector that plugs into your stock h4 connector.. forgot to ask, you have the 9006 connector going to the ballast the right way?

the connector could go either way thats why im asking which you put it..

 

yes i do have that pluged in the right way

 

thats why i asked for pics of the input connector... for h4 systems, theres positive and negative grounded circuits.. so you might have to move pins around..

 

will check tomorrow after work..then will post more info...

 

ill also get a picture of my car harness because it was butchered a little bit by the previous owner
