Correct me if im wrong but you can't use that for at&t because it's a CDMA phone.. At&t uses GSM..

 

iphone 4s is both cdma and gsm.

iphone 4 is company specific.

not sooo sure about that... its specifically made for the carrier its made for. unless the verizon or sprint one has a sim slot and is unlocked then maybe, but sprint will not work with verizon or viceversa...
