Default NEED HELP wiring dizzy/msd coil!

I'm putting an H22A into my civic. The harness is obd2, the ecu is a p28, and the dizzy is an obd1 prelude dizzy (TD-61U). I got it with the engine and it has an msd cap installed, also came with msd blaster ss external coil. It's all new stuff, but I didn't get any directions with it and msds web site doesn't really give any good directions for my application. The obd1 plug has been cut off and an obd2 plug spliced on. I need to know what wires to connect to get the obd2 plug spliced on correctly and also wire in the blaster coil. Here are the wires that I have:

obd1 dizzy------obd2 plug
orange/blue------------orange/blue
white/blue------------white/blue
orange---------------orange
white------------------white
yellow/green-----------yellow/green
black/yellow-------------black/yellow
blue/yellow--------------blue/yellow
blue/green---------------blue/green
blue------------------blue
GREEN

As you can see, everything matches up but the random GREEN wire that comes from the dizzy. The coil has a pos. and neg. wire, then the msd plug wire that runs from the cap to the coil. Here are some pictures, I hope it helps. I know some prelude distributors have an internal coil and some have an external. I am assuming this one was ment for an external coil, but I don't know how to wire it up. Hopefully someone who has wired an external msd coil to their prelude/accord can help me out with this!

So what is your question? Are you just wondering about the green wire? If there is an extra wire from the OBD1 dizzy converted to OBD2, it is because there is an extra sensor in the dizzy that is not used in OBD2 (well, it's actually at the oil pump to be more accurate).
