So im wanting to do a vitarra build but i dont know were i should even start my block has 230*** miles on ot so im thinking i should by a second motor with less miles on it for starters but after that....what should be my first step in the build process

 

What? You need to do more reading. If you are rebuilding the block there is no need to worry about what mileage it has.
