whats going on!

my 98 accord, while at idling at 1000 rpm will randomly rev to 1500 rpm and shake then gradually come out of it. at first i thought of motor mounts but why will it randomly rev up :shrug

Might just be a tiny vacuum leak. When it hits the right spot and time it leaks, then just closes up.
