Not without modification. (more than it's worth)

This has been covered before.

That's not what he's saying at all, he simply responded to your question, answering that a d16 manifold will not work. I'm not sure how you derived the idea that you need to purchase a new D17 manifold from that, you can purchase a new or used part, your call.

Keep in mind that your exhaust manifold has a catalytic converter within it (EX models have a different style manifold, where the cat. converter is further down the exhaust stream).

sorry i just was talking to a guy at a junk yard and he was saying how with the cat on it they usually wont have them in junk yards... so i was wondering if theres any other manifolds from another motor that will fit? i was trying to see if theres any i can get that will eliminate the cat? cheaper easier fix??

You could eliminate the cat., but it will require an EX manifold, midpipe, and downpipe (also known as the "b-pipe"). You could get some of these aftermarket, but the midpipe will either need to be OEM or the whole cat-back exhaust portion will need to be aftermarket. Also, you'll have to extend the wiring for the secondary oxygen sensor, and run either an oxygen sensor spacer, some spark plug defoulers, or an O2 sensor emulator.

Also, given all that work, you're going to still have a really raspy exhaust note (unless you invest in some extra resonators).

Check Rockauto.com for replacement cat.'s and see if they don't have what you're looking for.
