A Getrag Supra tranny in an S2000?
Stopped by the local shop (Full Blown Motorsports) that does all my stuff, and I saw out in the shop they were working on putting a Supra tranny in their S2. After talking to them, they said it's much stronger and can support more power than the stock tranny.

Is it necessary? Who knows. Is it awesome? Yes, it is.
However, one of the best things about the s2k is the transmission, in my opinion. I am yet to be in another car where the transmission feels as flawless/smooth as the s2k's. Then again, I don't have insane amounts of power coming from my motor, so I can't really comment on the reliability of the s2k's transmission when it comes to above average power.
