Well back up, I'm old and slow....They were on and you fixed that-now they won't come on?

If the plug is missing, go get a new one ~$4 at the dealer---- 46505-SA5-000 is the part number at the dealer.

My bad I should of clarified it a lil better. The light tail lights would stay on with the lights off. My friend somehow made the tail lights work right but the brake lights aren't coming on even though they are the same bulb. Is there a way of checking the switch on the brake pedal or would my switch work from my civic (just to see if that'sit) which is also a 94?

Most of the time those are "dual" element bulbs....so when the headlights are on one element lights up, when the brake pedal is pressed the "other" element lights up......so it sounds like "your friend" pulled the stoplight fuse from the under hood fuse panel....if the brake lights are on all of the time.....buy the dang plug and replace it...then replace the fuse so you don't hurt anyone because you are driving around with no brake lights.

You were right it was the bulb and the thing that goes onto the pedal like a rubber piece that holds the switch in was missing but thank you!!
