I have a 98civic and its misfiring but im not shore what it could be It a random the code that came out was P0300.. Its smell like gas a lot so im not shore if is the injectors or what Need help..

 

Sure! The word it S-U-R-E! Not shore.
Check timing? Last tune up? Other posts suggest the camshaft position sensor being faulty.

 

How old are you wires?

Also, check your plugs, report back.

 

things to check/change:
spark plugs
spark wires
cap/rotor
timing

 

Add on to that list:
PCV valve
Fuel Filter
Clean TB/IACV

 

maybe run a little injector cleaner such as SeaFoam or even something mild like Lucas.

 

check the cap and rotor first then plugs , then changed the crank sensor if need be. if his ignition timing was never changed i dought that's the problem. did you buy the car like this or were u riding down the road and the CEL started flashing meaning a missfire.
