Attaching gurney flap without hurting paint

What kind of adhesive do you guys suggest?

I want something that if I take it off in the future will not hurt my paint...

3M brand double-sided tape. don't cheap out.

Wasn't planning on it. Just didn't know what to use.

I know 3M makes a couple kinds of doubly sticky tape. Any one in particular?

3m Body molding tape.
