Easy, that's a motor shock absorber which is used to control engine movement under torque. Give you a similar feeling like urethane motor mounts.
(Check on some domestic cars. They come with them from factory. i.e. Buick Celebrity and Century V6).

Im not a jdm *****, but, comon sense tells me its motor mount/brace of some sort. Like it attaches the head to the fire wall to keep the top ofthe motor (where thee are no mounts) from moving as much.

i would just click the ENGLISH button on the bottom left hand corner and turn it all into english then you will know for sure. it works i know i did it
