Default E85 perform better with Hi flow Cat converter or test pipe?

does anymore know if E85 will perform better with a hi flow catalytic converter or test pipe? i already know that pump gas will perform well with hi flow cats but race gas doesnt.
my setup
all motor Poormans type R; B18c1 block 82 bore, ITR 96 spec head, High compression PCT pistons, skunk2 stage 2 tuner camshafts, valve train, cam gears, Pro-series manifold, ls crank and rods. Its running on e85 street tune making 182whp 125wtq @ 8000rev
