Bumper help

I was wondering what this is.
It's like the "teeth" in the mouth part.

If I'm right about what you're talking about, they're there so you can mount your OEM fogs. You can find them on Ebay or on Hondasociety where tons of JDM Enthusiasts have for sale from time to time.

Alright. I thought that but wasn't really sure. Thank you, I was brainstorming today about cutting it out since I'm getting a new front bumper considering this one wasn't taken care of.
