Icon6 Custom Coilover rate Ground Control Help!

I have Ksport GT (2.5 frnt 2.25 Rr)springs on my 2000 Civic Ex 4dr,
i love the springs but need to find out what the spring rate and
covert into coil over spring rates.

Apparently spring rate is different to coil over rate.

Does any one know how?
I know ground control is 450 f 350 R (stiff!)
Ksport is unknown part # LSHD03

ThanksHonda
Angel

There is no difference between lowering spring rates and coilover spring rates, other than some are labled as 450LB or 8K

450F/350R is not that stiff, it's still pretty mild. This is just the setup that gets used the most.

I would try to contact Ksport to see what these shocks are rated for before switching rates. If they don't help you out, and you are serious about keeping these coilover try pm'ing Andy of AMR to help rebuild them to the specs you need.
