Default Best option for jdm itr tuned for 99 civic si

Alrite honda-tech guys, I searched but didnt find what I was seeking for. On a stock 00 jdm itr engine and running on stock itr ecu. I was wondering what is my best option for the motor to run at its best and also more hp.

Should I leave it the way it is?

Or tuned it with hondata s300 on a p28 obd0 ecu?

Its got basic bolt-ons like aem cai, jdm itr 4-1 header, cat, midepipe and muffler otherwise its all stock.

If you want to utilize the I/H/E to your advantage, you should tune. But it will run fine on the stock ITR ecu
