I took the chance and bought one for the same reason. Ive had a $68 ebay aluminum radiator in my daily driven Civic for 15k miles with no problems. It takes a little longer to heat up in the cold and thats my only complaint. Do it.

I have a mizu radiator. Love the thing.

***Full disclosure*** I got it for free in exchange for reviewing it. Compared to stock radiator...

Really well made, all hand welded, fans & fan shroud MOVE TONS of air. If you're complaining about $140 though, i wouldn't reccomend it.

I had an ebay one that worked great for me, it had a tiny leak out of the drain plug but that was because the one they included was cheap other than that no problems at all.
