I have a 01 Prelude and just the other day, I got in to go wash it and when i turned the key it gave a low starter push, and then I let off and tried again, and it cranked up like the starter was new. So I thought it was just from sitting for a week. So I leave and then im sitting at the light and the car turns off, I turn it back on and it cranks perfect, so I give it gas and turn and it turns off as im turning. So finally I get it going again and it turn back around to go home and I make it without problems but when I pull into the driveway it turns off again. ?????? I have knocked out the Starter from the problem due to it only being used to start the car, and the job for it is done. Im assuming its a Alternator or something other.. All feed back is thanked in advance... Please Help

 

Has the ignition switch been checked? There was a recall on some of the 5th gen preludes ignition switch for doing just that. You can check online by entering your vin on hondas site, it will check all recalls and tell you if your car was affected.
