Difference in heads/cams of 93H22a1 and 5G h22a4?

Difference in heads/cams of 93H22a1 and 5G h22a4?
Is the slight horsepower gain/difference in the head design/valvetrain of the two motors?
Comparing for instance 93 H22a1 and 97+ H22a4

Differant exhaust design? The only differance I can find about the two is that the 93-96 H22A1 were closed deck and the H22A4 are open deck. All the Cams are the same spec through out the years Intake 11.5mm Exhaust 10.5mm (except the Type-S Intake 12.2 Exhaust 11.2) They both have 10:1 compression(except Type-S 11:1, and JDM H22A 10.6:1)
The H22A1 had 190Hp@6800 158TQ@5500 the H22A4 has 200HP@7000 156TQ@5250
So by doing some math, HP= (Torque x RPM)/5252.101, the H22A1 is clearly a stronger engine then the H22A4. But, wait you say. The engines are totally identical, why the diffeance in Peak TQ and HP? Dont really know , so maybe somebody can add some more light.
