Please Help Identify this wheel or at least how to search for it

I want this wheel for my 93 civic hatch. I found it on http://www.handa-accessories.com/civext01.html

I want to figure out how to search for it. What car did it come on?

try dealer if no luck might be pricey but not more than 200 a wheel

U can search for hfp wheels 01-03 I have a set but I wouldn't want to ship them if your local to Ohio feel free to pm me .....
