really OT: look at my new toy

haha i get to f--- around w/ a 96 Geo Metro... this way i can get experience and know what to do if I had to work on the R...

BTW, what belt is this? it connects the alternator, and crank...

Loosen adjustment bolt, put new belt on, tighten adjustment bolt until you get about 1/2 inch deflection on the belt....that's how you install it on most cars. I've never done it on a Geo so take what I just said for what it is worth.

the only thing wrong w/ the car (visually) is that the alternator belt is missing. Actually, i think i'm gonna try take the car apart and learn some more complex car stuff like valve adj's, and stuff like that.
