93 Civic - fuel pump won't prime and engine won't start
So my 93 hatch with b20 vtech swap stopped running one day while driving like it ran out of gas. I put gas in it and the fuel pump wouldnt prime.
I have changed the fuel pump the main relay and checked the thermostat ground.
I do not know what else to check. When I go to start it all it does is crank over like it would to start. I checked my ecu to see if it had any kind of short in it which it looked like it did so i bought another ecu had it chipped and tuned to my map and that didnt help either.
Anyone that is able to put any input on this would be greatly appreciated, i really need help here.

Is fuse 31 or 24 blown?
Is there spark at the plugs?

None of the fuses are blown I cant check for spark until tomro
would the dizzy not having spark effect the fuel pump?

OBD-1 has them inside the dizzy.
Obd-2 has it near the harmonic balancer.
Dont go changing parts until you properly diagnose the problem.
Just saying a bad crank sensor is a possibility

I know this might sound like a stupid question, but you never know. Have you checked your fuel filters, maybe you got some dirty gas?
i have the same problem but mine started bogging at 2k rpm and now it turns over but wont start...and i also dont hear fuel pump prime.. i changed fuel filter and bolt the connects fuel line to filter
Had sort of the same issue on my '92 hatch. Popped out the main relay and found a cold solder crack. 5 mins and a soldering iron and it was running again.
use this site to help narrow down where the problem is
since you have already replaced certain items with hopefully known good parts,
start with ignition switch diagnosis

burn your car....... check your timing, do a comp test..... maybe your timing belt was loose or you bent a valve..... explore all options. fuel, compression, and spark make it run.....
