What's a 99 hatch supposed to run w/ a 01 gsr stock motor? (stock tires)

mph? 1/4mile time?

 

With a decent driver, mid 14's.

 

with a good driver and good tires you can run low 14's

 

I ran the 99 hatch w/ gsr motor today. It really sucked. (15.4 @ 88mph). I got to the track w/ enough time to get 2 runs. I didnt have enough time to take any air out the tires. I spun the tires through 1st both runs. Launching at 3K. I cant go over 88mph. I gotta get better traction. ANY suggestions for a newbie?
