Default Rear tire not turning

Good morning, just threw some Cheerios onto the kids high chair for snack so I got time time to post.

I have been working on my car for a long time and I thought I checked that all my tires were free rotating before I lowered off jack stands. But I guess not.

My right rear seems to be jammed, I did have the E-Brake on for an extended period of time so I'm thinking that that is it. However I have not EX on working on cars as I'm electronics oriented. I am skilled enough, just need the know how.

Anyone got a good how to for this? My toddler ruined my Haynes manual last week.

Thanks again for any replies.

There is no "How To" for rear tires not tuning. Have you pulled the wheel to see what is causing the binding? Just looking at it isn't going to help.

Please list all pertinent details about the car as stated in the rules so people won't be stuck here guessing.

Yeah, sounds like a stuck e-brake.

Also...

You MUST provide all pertinent information about your car.
