Need Torque spec on 96 accord

Default Need Torque spec on 96 accord

Need torque spec for the lower spark plug o-ring. For the 12mm and the 10mm. heard it was 16lbft for the 12mm and 9lbft for the 10mm. is that right for 96 accord. lx 4 cyl non-vtec f22b

You heard correctly!

6 x 1.0mm = 9 lbf-ft (10mm)
8 x 1.25mm = 16 lbf-ft (12mm)

Make sure that you loosen all of the valve clearance adjusting screws before you start torquing the rocker assembly down. This will keep anything from getting bound up and possibly bending or causing a false tq reading.
