So my oem radiator just cracked, and i was looking into an aftermarket koyo radiator. Is it posible to use your oem radiator and ac fan on the aftermarket radiator or will you need to get slim fans to make it fit?

If you get the koyo rad, doesnt it come with a cap? I dont see why the oem one wouldnt fit though.

 

i have one. you need the koyo specific cap which is like 29 bucks. the oem fans will fit with the oem manifold but won't fit a thick header. i don't even have fans on my teg right now and the koyo still runs cooler than the oem with fans did. which header you have will determine if fans will or won't fit

 

that's a good point. I have a PWR radiator and it's the only way I have clearance for my fan and turbo setup. The koyo radiators are thick!
