d15 auto ecu to d16 auto ecu ?

Default d15 auto ecu to d16 auto ecu ?

does any one know if the d16 auto ecu will work on the d15 auto trans with mpfi conversion ?

it should, idk about the auto trans part but when i did my mpfi swap on a d15b2 i had to use the po6 ecu out of a 1.6

As long as you stay OBD0 then you are fine.

yes it will..trans doesn't really make a difference, if it's d series then it should be fine, i have dohc zc (d16, mpfi) with pg7 ecu and stock d15b2 (d15, dpfi) auto trans
