Default Swapping carby, carburetor on Honda Civic 1993 sedan D15B24, EG, 1.5litre

I have decided to buy a second hand carby from the wreckers and replace my current carby that is giving me issues.

Can someone experienced give me some advice on what parts I need(eg. gaskets, hoses, which ones), what to watch for when doing it, what tools I need, would I need to tune it or adjust anything, do i need special lubes or liquids, etc. any links to tutorials or manuals on how to do this, etc.

Any help appreciated : )))

Below are pics of the carby that I bought since my current carby had the following problems which caused high idle and black smoke:
  • Carby requires overhauling
  • Choke/Wax pellet not working
  • Power vale fault(I presume its a mistype and should say valve)
  • Vacuum leak from carby intake rubbers

Looking at my carby below, by replacing my old carby with my new carby, will it fix the issues mentioned above?
