This problem is on a friend's 90 ef sedan, all stock excep for I/E. The problem is that sometimes the car wont rev over 3500 rpm no matter how much throttle is given. Thimng nelt, plugs, dist. cap, rotor, are all fresh. Timing is ok. Could it be a problem with the ignitor?

 

make sure all vacuum hoses are in order...and the timing belt if replaced was put on correctly.

 

could be throwing a code for the crank angle sensor, you prolly are. in that care you have to buy a new dizzy

 

I had this problem, but it was a sensor ont he intake manifold was on the wrong spot. I had 2 on backwards.. But I dunno if that could be the problem..
