Okay so i drive a 95 civic lx sedan. Everything is bone stock engine wise (D15b7). Two weeks ago my car had oil in my plugs, changed the valve cover gaskets. A month later no oil in the plugs and ran into another problem. I've been having this problem for a week now and has gotten even worse. Everytime I get to a complete stop my car shakes hard and dies. I also noticed that there is a weird wining noise coming from the timing belt side. Anyone got any ideas on what the problem could be? Thanks
