Oh is not that is bad. Is cuz i was typing it in a hurry. Well i heard the spark plugs with 4 spark will inprove the performance. Is that true? Or with synetic oil??. And i live in az. Im new here so i dont know how this works.
He means there are 3 basic catogories to modifing a car.
You can be CHEAP and FAST but it wont be RELIABLE.

So figure that out and then use Google. It is your friend. Trust though that not everything you will find will be true. My personal experience a quality intake, header, exhaust combo with a decent set of cams and Hondata tune will make it fun and reliable for the daily grind. Anything beyond that I myself have no experience. I'm a B series kinda guy lol

As for other performance upgrades what is your budget and goals?
We righ now my prelude has a exhaust system. Cold air intake. Im planing to get those spark plug wires. But im not aure if i should get the headers first or do the oil and spark wires and spark plugs. ???. And well i can do it lil by lil i dont work that much but i get some money.
A bit of advice for you.. keep it as it is right now cause I can tell you know very little about the car..keep it maintained and serviced and stick around here. Read threads and search google.save money for when you know exactly what you want out of the car
you dont need homodata btw.

Here is a lightly modified and tuned Prelude
JDM H22, stock
AEM V2 Intake
Bisimoto V2 Header
440cc injectors
S300
Electric exhaust cutout, on 2.5" exhaust
Result: 196.4whp and 154.6ft/lbs of torque with the cutout open; 191.1whp and 148.1ft/lbs with the gate closed.
