Complete a search.

Alternator should be the same. Distributor should be the same. Head will be a Vtec Head with the B1, Vs. Non-Vtec B2... I think the manifold is similar, not sure if it's the same. Should be only the head, Ecu, wiring harness that's different.

Distributor is NOT the same.

F22B1 uses internal coil.
F22B2 uses external coil.

What everyone before me said. Heads are different. Why would the alternators be different? Intake manifolds are the same.

Alternators are different. However, they are interchangeable.

The B1 intake manifold will fit, watch out for the earlier manifolds with the FIA ports. Thy will cause vacuum leaks on the B2 if the ports aren't plugged up. There are no gains in using the B1 IM though. The F23 Intake and throttle body would be an upgrade. Requires a 2 wire IACV adapter plate.

Exhaust manifolds will fit however the B1 is a 4-2-1 manifold & down pipe setup. Where as the B2 is a 4-1 manifold & down pipe setup. Therefore you will need the manifold and down pipe from the B1.

Injectors and resistor box are interchangeable.

Block and internals are completely interchangeable. The balance shafts, oil pump housing, water pump, pistons, rods and crank are all the same.

Head is completely different......VTEC......

Power steering pump, Alt and A/C are all interchangeable. The B1 alt is a higher output

Distributor is not interchangeable.

That's all I can think of for now.
