Alright so i posted my build awhile ago but it got moved to a different section. my crx is in NC, and i live in NY so dont expect this thread to be updated weekly. When i get a chance to visit back home, thats when ill be working on her. Lemme list future plans ive got for this car:
-Artic white paint job
-Roll cage
-Full interior or no interior(still undecided)
-b18a1 N/A (motor was free) MAYBE b16 swap, or Lsv in the future
-Full wire tuck
-GSR cluster swap
thats all i can think of.

so far what ive done.
-removed all wiring in the front end of the car
-motor is ready to be pulled
-cleaned up the door hinges from rust

thanks, and probably more towards the end of the build. right now im focusing more on the front end.

 

While im here in NY, im gonna be collecting parts to take back to NC with me. so i can start putting her back together. keep a look out on the For Sale thread. im in need of quite a few parts. so if youve got anything i need hit me up!

i decided not to sell mine, and am fixing it. this time, the clutch went out AGAIN, and i think the transmission is completely screwed. so now we both have f'd up CRXs

good **** mark, gotta update though! got my cabin harness in the mail, its 23 years old so i thought id clean it up a bit. and the b18a1 i got for free i decided to go NA with it, meaning no rebuild. gonna drop all the money in motor mounts, transmission, shift linkage, body parts, etc.

 

Nice, NA is safer lol. maybe later on you can turbo it. I got my engine pulled, it is stuck in 5th gear, and i dont know y, any ideas?

 

my guess would be its locked up. just do a swap already haha

 

redoing the cabin harness, waiting for the braided wire loom to come in the mail, should be here tomorrow or saturday. I hid all the connectors to the ac stuff. the wires that are all bunched up, im gonna leave those for now. im doing a wire tuck when i go back home

i found another crx in much better condition then the one im building, ive already gotta buyer for the red one. come this thursday i might have the new project. if i do, my long time updates will become more often since the car will be at my house in NY. i hope i get the new crx! ill post pics up of the other one tomorrow night
