95 ex camshaft key way ???

I was wondering if anyone experienced any of this type of problem , (2 cyl dead 80 psi )
F22b1 196k on the motor
t belt look new
I just bought the car to make some profit , and i found out this

And the glourios key

I have seen this on the crank of several Mercedes but never a Honda. For the Mercedes I welded the woodruff key in.

I guess the cam gear was kind of loose......
