Icon6 99 Civic H4 Bi-Xenon High/Low HID beam help

So i have 99 headlights on my civic, and i have bi-xenon (which is high/low beams in one)

and i wanted to know, can you adjust hid's like you would adjust a regular bulb? or would it not work since the H4 HID bulb looks like this?:

also, im a little confused on how to adjust them, ive searched and found no REAL LIFE DIY, only instruction manual on forums which is a little hard for me to understand,

any way to adjust them a little higher, and a little more infront of my car, rather than spread out across the front of the street?

thanks guys!

yes, although don't expect anything fantastic. Hid's in stock ek housings don't output very well dispersed light anyway, not to mention they produce soooo much glare for oncoming traffic -_-

So in effect, no matter how much you adjust them, you are putting off so much glare that no matter what you do it will not make a bit of difference.
