Default crx LS low idle

have a 88 hf with a b18a1 swap, the other day when i drove it when I'd come to a stop or push in the clutch the rpms would drop to about 800 rpms quick and it feels like I'm down on power, any advise would be great

Drop to 800? Your idle should be around 750 to begin with...

You do realize that depressing the clutch (in a perfect world) disengages it correct? Meaning it physically decouples the transmission from the engine... This results in an engine returning to idle. While this is all theory - it seems to work on and off paper for once. So obviously when the clutch is depressed, the transmission is disengaged and may be the reason you are lacking power.

I must say all this talk about depressing IS depressing me, time to go drown my sorrows. If you want a better answer then please elaborate the issue... until then "I do this one thing and this other thing happens when the doo-hickey is discombobulating" is going to draw ill guided answers.
