GS-R cranks but won't turn over!
First off, I have a 1994 GS-R with a JDM B18C.
Pretty much stock besides exhaust and intake.
Rebuilt the complete bottom end 600 miles ago.
Ran great, no problems at all, changed oil at 500 miles.
The car cranks but won't turn over.
Fuel pump doesn't come on nor is it getting power in the spark plug wires.
I changed the Main/Fuel Pump Relay but that didn't solve the problem and I really don't know where to look next. Any help would be appreciated.

A check you can do is this: does the cel engine light come on when you turn the key to II(when all the dash lights come on) (III is the position where the car cranks)--- for about 2-3 seconds and then goes off?
If it stays on-try another ecu cause yours might be toast--if it does it intermitently(sometimes this will make you think its the ignition switch--could be but try a different ecu first.
If it goes off like it should after 2-3 seconds then I would check to see if I have voltage at the plug going to the fuel pump.

Yes all the lights come on including the cel. The car keeps trying to crank until I turn the key back (or let it go). I really hope it's not the ignition switch, they're so expensive! Lol. I'll see if I can find an ecu and try it out. Thanks man.
its your ignition coil in your distributor and you timing is off on the teeth on the cams, take a look at it off you should see both arrows pointing up if not you timing is off.
I just had the same problem with my ls. It could be your coil or ICM. I used this article DIY to diagnose my problem. Turned out to be a bad coil in my case.Click Here
Question is does the cel light stay on and does not go away after 2 seconds with the key in II position(not cranking) the cel should go off after two seconds.
If you can not hear your fuel pump prime, the coil or ICM have nothing to do with this.
If you have no spark then the ICM or coil could be a factor.

Alright guys, got her fired up and running. Problem was the ECU fuse under the hood. It's a 15 amp. Although mine wasn't busted it was bad/corroded so I replaced it and BAM started right up. So if this ever happens to anyone else make sure to check the ECU fuse.
