Default need help on tire sizing for the winter.

95 integra 2 door RS currently sitting on 17 inch rims with low pro's.

im looking to buy steelies from canadian tire and some brand new GOOD winter tires..

what size would i be lookin for in rims and tires?

im thinking 16 inch rims? with some thicker tires? but im clueless on to what size would be best. im sure there is someone here thats a tire knowledge king :p input needed pls

In the snow the more narrow a tire is, the better. I would say 15 inch wheels, and the skinniest tires you can find.
