Default Rotors on my 2000 Accord were not captive

I did my rotors on the front of my 2000 Accord and the came off like normal. There were 2 machine screws holding the rotor to the hub but other than that, they popped off. I thought I was going to need to disconnect the steering knuckle. ???

Yes, they are NOT captive. IIRC, they changed over in '98.
