Where are bolts "F"? Either I'm slightly retarded or these bastards are near impossible to get to.

 

I'm guessing those are the bolts underneath the rubber mat in the console?

Push the cupholder out of the way, then use a piece of tape, stick it to the bottom of the console and pull up. This may take a couple tries.

This will let you remove the rubber padding (Part "E" in the diagram) on the bottom revealing the bolts. Then you can use an extension to remove the bolts.

 

I figured it out...previous owner had a piece of plastic under the rubber mat
