i was wondering if a icm from a 95 civic fitin a 91 civic even though the 91 civic is OBD0?

nevasatisfied. i dont understand how your saying it "wouldnt work" i just put a OBD0 NEC ICM inside my OBD1 Distributor and it works just fine.....

If you match brands then sure it works... If not then its not a bolt in swap - although dimensionally you can shove it in there; it would be flopping around and eventually destroy something though.
