Default rainwater leak on heater box/blower - 1997 coupe

Hey guys, as the title states, I've got an external leak that drips on the passenger side floormat. The blower motor is wet as well as the HVAC box above it. Is this common, any tips to fix?

Thanks in advance!

Bump, any suggestions? Silliconed a couple spots under the wiper cowl but still have a leak.

I've dumped gallons of water on the windshield and couldn't get it to leak. Can't rule out the windshield though, just not sure how to verify it

Is it possibly an internal rather than external leak? Is the fluid possibly coolant? Is the drain hose from the A/C evaporator clogged and overflowing into the cabin?

It is absolutely water and not coolant. The leak is coming from up high not low where the AC hose goes. Thinking windshield at this point...

So the leak is above the re-circ flapper, it seems to be coming right out underneath the windshield, more specifically where the tube for the passenger side face level vent meets the man HVAC tube...

i know this is little help but i remember seeing a TSB about that leak. I'm not using my home machine so i can't give you a link but i know there is a fix for it somewhere on H-T. Did you look in the FAQs for this?
