prelude maintenance
hey all
just wonderin' if the 7500 mi. maintenance is necessary on the lude. i believe they're just changin' the oil, rotating tires, toppin' off fluids?? any input would be appreciated. is this worth the 80 bucks at the dealership?
thnx.

Take a close look at what they do at the dealership and ask yourself what your time is worth. Do they use genuine Honda parts and warranty the work-absolutely. I have my dealer do the things that Honda requires to maintain the warranty and generally that is all the dealer wants to do-very good about cost control. I am quite capable of doing virtually all of the service myself, but prefer to have a tech go over mycars very carefully. Is the 7500 service necessary-you bet it is. Pesonally my cars get oil changes and tire rotation every 3000, but that is my preference.
