Default Smoking B16a2

I have recently noticed my B16a2 burning a bit of oil. The smoke is a blue and white color and gets bad at high RPM's. I did a compression test and was 180psi in all for cylinders. I know it is not bad but not the best. I then removed the spark plugs and number 1 and 2 had oil on them with 1 being the worst. I replaced the valve cover gasket and the gaskets that fit around the spark plug hole. I then started the car up and it was smoking still. I figured it would go away due to burning off the excess oil that was possibly left. However, it did not.

I took it around the block and hit VTEC a couple of times in first and noticed the blue smoke. Once I parked and shut off the car I took out plug 1. Blue smoke was coming out of the plug inlet. I checked number 4 and nothing.

The engine, all together runs smooth. No hic-ups besides the idle issue. I am guessing either the valve stem seals or possibly the oil control rings. I am new to the Honda game so I am unsure if I should be highly concerned.

Questions:
Is this a major concern?
How likely is it something in the bottom end?
What are the likely possibilities?
