98 base model prelude with that fun no starting problem
Any suggestions?
Problem started when I took my motor out to put in a skunk 2 manifold.
I asked around and found out I didn't need the egr valve so I doesn't put it in.
That being the case I thought I might as well wire tuck some things.
I ended up unwrapping my engine harness and taking out the wires leading to the egr.
The harness was also from my 01 sh so I took out the wires for the atts.
I also moved the IACV to the back of the manifold so I had to extend that sensor.
The other problem happened when I was checking the ground for alternator and forgot to disconnect the battery. Ended up blowing the battery fuse but replaced It with a spare one.
I've been taking my wire harness out to check to see if anything I spliced came loose and that still wasn't a success.
Now the car has been sitting in my garage for 2 months because I can't figure this out.
Other facts about the car: 2000 H23A PDE stamped running a p28.

I always second click to make sure I hear the fuel pump and that's working. It cranks over but wont ignite. I used a spare spark plug and took out #4 to test for spark that way. I'm pretty sure its not the starter but it might be, I used some blue tape and stuck it to the alternator belt and it moves. I tried a test light and went around the engine bay to check for current and its there. All my lights are working also, but on that note the other problem i have when i try to crank it over my lights dim out like im loosing power and i have to keep charging my battery. I just bought a odyssey thinking that it was just that but no go either. So I'm stumped
